Tia "Momma" Fluornoy

I played from 2005 - 2007 and was a founder of the club! I'm so excited to see it continue to grow!

What I enjoyed most: I enjoyed the people; the teammates, the coaches, the opponents, and all of those in the community that helped us get started and grow. Those that started the club are now forever connected and forever family. We continue where we left off and support each other through every phase of life. We made so many memories, and so many decisions that have led us on this journey we call life.

After playing on GTWRFC, I played for the Atlanta Harlequins, Seattle Breakers, Settle Saracens, San Antonio Riveters, and numerous all star teams.

Currently I am a Systems Engineering Senior Manager at the Boeing Company working on the VC-25B program. I am a mother of 4 amazing children, 1 dog, and 1 cat. I'm hit or miss in my rugby life right now, as my days are filled with t-ball practices, playing hide and seek, and lots of homework. :)

Sarah "Onion" Violante

I have always enjoyed the community that rugby has to offer and I will never forget the friendships and the good times we all had together. I’m not playing rugby anymore, unfortunately, but I am still very active doing swimming, lifting, CrossFit. I am still in the greater Atlanta area, and I work at Vanderlande as an engineer.

Grason Gasser

I loved the people I got to meet through rugby. It’s where I met some of my best friends! I just graduated with my undergrad in BME and now I work as a Clinical Account Specialist for Johnson and Johnson’s Electrophysiology technologies company, Biosense Webster. I work with physicians to map arrhythmia and help them to identify the best plan to help the patient.
